Abstract

The analysis of criminal phenomenon, regarded from the classical points of view, such as age, social or familial past of the perpetrator or victim, provenance or habitat background of the two or their sex, can be made today, using a projective appreciation, between respect social roles of the perpetrator, respectively the victim of a crime. The geo-political evolution, with obvious repercussions marked on the economic plan, will certainly affect the women situation. The migration of the work forces can take unsuspected forms of malpractice, as much as this problem is actual and very anxious. White slavery, mostly women and children, can be a hidden form of work migration. Another problem, as controversial too and less tactile, is represented by the genetic manipulation and its implications above the world. The pronouncement difficulty about juridical opinions came from the regulation of this problem, debatable too in medicine. In this context of genetic manipulation appears the clone problem, known like “the terror of womb”. The activity in this area was made mostly in medicine. How do these developments of science affect the woman – is one of the questions that need to be reflected by the experts in criminal politics. Thinking about the armed conflicts which involved practices of ethnical treatment using women ravishment in order to pregnant them, it can be claimed that the genetic manipulation will be used, in the future, in similar cases or in other purpose, immoral too.
