PRIORITÃŢI ÎN NEGOCIEREA ADERĂRII ROMÂNIEI LA UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ

Viorica Toma

Abstract

The negotiations for joining the candidate countries to European Union do not represent the same clasical ways of negotiation , in which the participant countries start by having well-defined positions but in contradiction and ending by obtaining a compromise result , a mixture of both parties interest. If we are taking into consideration the reality that the negotiation for joining the E.U. were closed and more salvgardation clauses and all these clauses to them were attached have to be enforced until the 1st of January 2007 and there are authorized voices belonging to some member states, the fact that there is no Chinese wall between the previous negotiations for joining and the post – negotiation for joining the E.U. Regarding the enlargement of the European Union where some other states are to adhere, without any doubt we are able to mention the fact that such kind of matter is keeping its scientific importance being an actual matter, in a certain degree.
